Stenver Jerkku
Founder automating renewable compliance with AI and building infrastructure for the Energy Attribute Certificate (EAC) market.
Right now I am focused on Soldera, an AI platform that lowers renewable compliance costs by about 25 to 40 percent for large buyers, and eliminates 95% of compliance overhead for producers. We give companies a single virtual account for Guarantees of Origin so registry access, reporting, and cash from certificates move through one clear channel instead of scattered email threads.
Before Soldera I spent a decade building systems where trust and uptime cannot slip. At Glia I helped grow the company to unicorn status while serving global financial institutions with secure customer journeys. I co-founded eAgronom, where I met Al. Together, Al William Tammsaar and I co founded Solid World, a commodities market for climate projects, and later, Soldera, the culmination of our combined experience.
Soldera grew out of a failed environmental commodity venture and a few evenings at kitchen tables with friends who had solar panels and no idea this market existed. We started registering their certificates just to see what broke. What we found was a market where many producers sold nothing at all and others gave up most of their potential revenue. Fixing that felt like work worth doing.
Our €2.5M round in 2024, covered by Tech.eu, gave us the room to hire a fantastic team and continue to accelerate the energy transition.

Now at Soldera
At Soldera we are building a comprehensive renewable compliance platform for corporates. Powering this, success fee model platform that automates Guarantees of Origin registration, sales, reporting and cash flow for thousands of renewable devices across Europe. By aggregating producers into one virtual counterparty, Soldera gives them better prices, cleaner data and market access that previously belonged only to large traders.
The goal is simple: reduce friction in registries and paperwork so more of the money reaches the people who actually generate the renewable energy.
Timeline
Experience
Leading Soldera as an AI back office for Energy Attribute Certificates (EACs).
Soldera works with institutional producers and investors such as Utilitas Wind, Saules Energy, Nuveen, BaltCap, Kaamos Energy, Merito, Sunsa and Vestman, alongside hundreds of smaller producers across Europe.
Built a commodities market for climate projects at the pre delivery stage, helping buyers access inventory while protecting project developers from the harshest price swings. Led product and company building from first experiment through institutional partnerships.
Co founded eAgronom, bringing agritech tools and climate finance closer together for farmers. Focused on products that store field level data with enough rigor to support real carbon projects later.
Joined early and helped grow Glia to unicorn status, serving major banks and insurers with secure digital customer service infrastructure. Worked across product, customer success and commercial teams while the company reached a valuation above €1B.
